- Cabin/Activity Specialist - able to lead or assist in their chosen skill and previous experience working with children
- Support Staff – experience in chosen area of practice and willingness to learn in a hands-on job.
- Have a clean criminal record
- Enthusiastic, skilled and empathic personality
